I have been doing Shadow work for many years. I have been using the help of mental health professionals and I still do recommend that approach.

With that said, I have also been looking into other possibilities. I have been reading up on spiritual matters and also listened to others talking about them. There are a variety of options on YouTube or other social platforms.

I found Tarot some years ago and I have also looked into Oracle cards and Messages from Spirit. While these are nice and can help you with understanding issues or matters at hand, they are also all very positive. Tarot can be somewhat negative and show you in what areas of your life you would benefit from Shadow work, but I have also noticed that many readers choose to focus on positive.

I like to draw an Oracle card every now and then and I have often found comfort in the messages. But, I have felt that the messages not always correctly respond to the issue at hand for me, and it took some time before I realize that the issues I needed guidance for were too dark for a normal love and light deck.

So, I teamed up with Maria P. Anderson, a writer with experience in behaviour therapy, psychology and human mind & behaviour in general, and together we created the Sarcastic Messages from your Spirit guides Oracle deck.

This deck is not for everyone as the messages are blunt, bordering rude, and they will not tell you what you want to hear. This deck is for rude awakenings, soul searching and issues we do not want to address or even acknowledge. And yes, there is a certain amount of humour involved too. 😏
